• Information Provision: Providing general information about the property, amenities, and location
• Inquiry Facilitation: Connecting potential buyers with Emaar's sales representatives

Once your inquiry is forwarded to Emaar Properties, all subsequent communications, negotiations, and transactions are conducted directly between you and Emaar. We have no involvement in, or liability for, the actual property transaction.

User Responsibilities
